PARKZONE P-51D MUSTANG - 'FEROCIOUS FRANKIE' (PKZ1500)
Fly the legend! The "Cadillac of the Sky", "Wild Pony" and "Little Friend"... These are just some of the names applied to one of the great fighter planes of WWII, the P-51D Mustang! History comes to life with this fantastic Ready To Fly plane; no building, no gluing, and no painting, just a few simple assembly steps, about 40 minutes in total, and you can be Ready To Fly. Why not do this while the battery is charging? Then it’s off to the flying field to experience the thrill of warbird flying! High G dog fighting turns, low strafing runs, but best of all duration! The full-sized version had outstanding duration and ParkZone’s Mustang has similar characteristics with flights of around ten minutes. You can use the supplied battery pack or longer if you use the optional Li-Po batteries. As standard the Mustang comes with a 3 channel proportional radio with batteries, a 9 cell 10.8v power pack, and a variable rate DC Peak Charger, and of course a fully detailed “Ferocious Frankie”.
