I made my very first order with you yesterday for a spare part on my Ultra Micro P51-D Mustang as no one else really stocked it and did not really care to stock it. I phoned you and you confirmed you had it in stock and I received it the very next day.
I was a bit suprised at posting being £2.54 for something with no real weight but WOW was I happy when my spare part came in a box almost ten times its size and packaged safely. I now would havebeen happy to pay £5 for packinging. Keep up the good work and I will be ordering from you soon.

Hi I would like to thank you for the fantastic service you have given myself & the members of my club in Milton Keynes the past couple of months.
I personaly have bought, all on seperate occasions A Radian Glider, Messerschmitt Bf-109G, T-28D Trojan and Sukhoi Su-26m as well as spares for some of them. Our club field is starting to look like a Military Airbase.

Well done squadron leader, I purchase the ParkZone Mustang BL from you a month ago, it arrived to me in Spain within and week and in great condition. I have learn how to fly on an Art tech Cessna and am now flying the P-51D BL Mustang solo. The Mustang is a wonderful, stable thing and in many ways is easier to fly than the Cessna, except for the speed of course, which takes some getting used to. Looks wonderful in the air and could easily be flown by a novice with an experienced flyer by their side. Keep up the good work.

Despite the continuing problems and setbacks incurred by the charger/battery malfunctioning, you consistently offered, what I would describe as, “excellent” customer service.  Until being made redundant last year, I held the post of Customer Services Team Manager for a large national rail company.  With that experience, I believe the manner in which you have dealt with this matter to be second to none – nothing was ever too much trouble for you, you kept us completely updated on the situation, you put yourself out to ensure customer satisfaction and always did exactly as promised and when promised – and all of this in a friendly manner.
So, in spite of the problems we encountered with our purchase, you have made our dealings with Squadron Leader into very positive experience.
