'The Fallen' - The Fast & The Fruitless - 04/08

Full of expectation I opened the box on my new ParkZone Spitfire Mk IIB. As many RC tinkerers before me, I too discarded the instructions to ready the plane as quickly as possible. I did however note the warning 'If you have never flown an RC plane before then do not fly this'…

This did not deter me in the slightest as I have flown smaller planes before. I did notice the switch on the top of the controller that minimises the plane trim but failed to switch it to low.

I had my Nephew watching and luckily my Niece with her camera phone running… The 1st flight was awesome as it zoomed into the sky. I then attempted a low bank which worked until it came straight back to chew on some muddy grass…

The question asked was "can it be fixed?" The answer given was simple. "Everything is fixable!"
