'The Fallen' - George & Jack Carter - 04/08

I purchased a ParkZone P-51D Mustang a couple of weeks ago and it's been a fantastic plane. Yesterday, my brother received his T-28 Trojan so we decided to take them both out on what was a perfect day for flying.

On our final flight of the day, with both planes about 200 feet up, I began to bank. Before I knew where I was, my brother ploughed his Trojan full throttle through my right wing. The plane fell out the sky like a brick. The Trojan, unharmed, whisked off leaving half a mustang wing flapping in mid air, with the body already out of sight in a nearby field.

We've been flying ParkZone planes for a few months and this is by far the worst crash we've ever had.

We found the mustang and after a few complaints off the neighbour; managed to get these photos.

Older brothers eh!
