Here at Squadron Leader, we pride ourselves on not knowing a single thing about the radio controlled planes we crash. All we know is that we love to send our little friends up into the air and have a great time flying them... then crashing them... then repairing them to do it all again!
It is for this very reason (and our distinct lack of technical expertise), we have introduced a 'No Geeks' policy at Squadron Leader. Essentially, we refuse to answer any technical questions thrown at us which means anything that isn’t in the manual. We also do not provide any advice on improving your flying techniques, as we know nothing about the art of flying and anything else remotely linked to the 'darker side' of radio controlled plane flying.
At Squadron Leader we truly believe that the fun lies more in the racking and stacking of these radio controlled planes in the company of fine friends and family; there's nothing funnier than seeing your dad do the best barrel roll you've ever seen in a ParkZone Spitfire Mk IIB and then, whilst spectators are still applauding, proceeds to nose dive into the ground and the pilot be thrown 100ft in the air... trust us, it's hilarious!
