Delivery Charges

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.

Squadron Leader delivers to the United Kingdom (Northern Scottish Territories, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight will incur additional charges). Charges are detailed below:

United Kingdom (exc. Outer Regions) - £4.99 excl. VAT for Next Working Day (subject to availability).

Northern Scottish Territories - £24.99 excl. VAT
Scottish Islands - £24.99 excl. VAT
Northern Ireland - £24.99 excl. VAT
Channel Islands - £24.99 excl. VAT
Isle of Man - £24.99 excl. VAT
Isle of Wight - £24.99 excl. VAT

NOTE: Free Delivery on all orders over £150 for United Kingdom (exc. Outer Regions) only.

All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

NOTE: 
Once orders have been despatched, your package is the responsibility of the Courier Provider. We will endeavour ensure your delivery reaches you in time but on rare occasions delays do occur for which we cannot be held accountable.  If you have an urgent requirement we recommend you speak directly to Squadron Leader to discuss delivery options.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days. Orders taken before 2:00pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5:00pm the same day. We do not deliver over the weekend or over bank holidays.

Upon Receipt of Package(s):

- Please check the package externally for damage and ensure problems are noted and confirmed by the Courier/Delivery Driver.
- If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse delivery. Alternatively check the contents first before signing for the package.
- If you are unable to check the package contents at the time of delivery then please sign for the parcel as UNCHECKED.
