Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.
Squadron Leader delivers to the United Kingdom (Northern Scottish Territories, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight will incur additional charges). Charges are detailed below:

All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days. All orders taken before 2:00pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5:00pm the same day. We do not deliver over the weekend or over bank holidays.
Please Note: Once orders have been despatched, your package is the responsibility of the Courier Provider. We will endeavour ensure your delivery reaches you in time but on rare occasions delays do occur for which we cannot be held accountable. If you have an urgent requirement we recommend you speak directly to Squadron Leader to discuss delivery options.
Delivery will be between the hours of 8am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm an exact time due to the delivery being fufilled by a third-party courier company.
The contents and time of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Squadron Leader will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Squadron Leader shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Deliveries will be attempted at your chosen address on the following day if the first delivery was unsuccessful. If your delivery was unsuccessful on the second attempt then a card will be left at your address allowing you to contact the delivery service and arrange a collection, you may pay an extra £9.99 for a third attempt on delivery. If you can not collect your goods within 5 days or have not paid for the re-delivery then it will be returned to Squadron Leader. All returned orders to Squadron Leader will be refunded via the method of payment; you will incur a £9.99 charge for the attempted deliveries.
Upon Receipt of Package(s)
Please check the package externally for damage and ensure problems are noted and confirmed by the Courier/Delivery Driver.
If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please REFUSE delivery. Alternatively check the contents first before signing for the package.
If you are unable to check the package contents at the time of delivery then please sign for the parcel as UNCHECKED.
PLEASE NOTE: Failure to follow these instructions may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
Force Majeure
Squadron Leader shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Returns
If you need to return a product purchased from Squadron Leader then you have 28 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by contacting us via telephone, email or via the contact form; all details can be found on the Squadron Leader website, or by phoning us on 0845 055 9040.
Refunds on unwanted orders or orders cancelled after shipping will only be completed once goods have been returned to Squadron Leader. Returns must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. Please note, the Delivery Cost + £2.00 Packaging Fee will be deducted from the refund total.
